Communications Skills

General Objectives of Course:

I. Understand the importance of communication skills in industry and their role in successful accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the IT graduate.

II. Identify the basic skills that a graduate of the IT program needs to communicate in order to perform the assigned tasks.

III. Understand and recognize the challenges facing the graduate in communications in various related professions.

IV. Learn about leadership skills and how to use them in different situations.

V. Identify positive thinking, its importance and its impact on work.
