By the end of the course the student should:

1. Define planning for health and describe different components of planning cycle and

how to monitor and evaluates health plans

2. Know what is meant by health policies and strategies.

3. Define healthcare financing and explain different sources of finance in Sudan

4. Know how to manage health system during disasters
